What Makes It Special

Each portrait is 100% hand-painted with care—never a print, never digital. I use only high-quality, professional materials to ensure your painting lasts for years to come.

Your artwork is created on Arches 100% cotton cold press watercolor paper (140lb), a trusted choice among watercolor artists for its texture and durability.

I paint using professional-grade watercolor and gouache paints to create vibrant color, rich detail, and soft depth. Every brushstroke is intentional.

Once completed, each painting is signed, beautifully wrapped, and placed in a gift box—ready to frame or gift as is. It’s not just art; it’s an experience from the moment you open it.

Personalization & Special Details

Every home has a story—and I love helping you tell it.

You’re welcome to request small, meaningful additions to your painting. I can include pets, small silhouettes of loved ones, favorite trees or garden elements (even if they’re no longer there), and seasonal touches like wreaths, lights, or flags.

Photo Requirements

After placing your order, you’ll send me photos of the home you’d like painted.

Please send a clear image of the full house from your preferred angle. You can also include extra photos of details you’d like me to see—like a close-up of the front door, porch, or a special plant in the yard.

Front-facing photos are popular, but they’re not always the most interesting visually. In many cases, a side angle can add more character and depth. If you’re unsure, feel free to send a few options—I’m happy to help you choose.

The photo doesn’t have to be professional, just clear. Please make sure it’s taken from the exact angle you want me to paint, as I can’t change the perspective once the painting begins.
